Built on findings from psychology, social-psychology, sociology, and cultural anthropology, this course examines employee motivation and job satisfaction, factors influencing levels of job performance and psychological dimensions of the work environment.

The learning outcomes for the module are as follows:

  1. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of organizational behavior.
  2. Collaboratively and autonomously research, analyses and evaluate information from a wide variety of sources.
  3. Apply relevant contemporary theories, concepts and models in order to analyze organizational environments, cases and issues.

Course Duration
