How do I Register for courses offered through Envisage Global?

Navigate to the Envisage Global Course Store. Browse courses to identify your area of interest or professional need. Once a course has been added to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. Either login to your existing Envisage Global account or you can register as a new user. If new Envisage Global user, fill out the standard registration information and setup your login credentials. Once registered, you can proceed with the purchase of your course/s.

What happens if I do not receive my course access email from the Envisage Global training partner?

Please allow up to 24 business hours for 2 emails to be delivered to your regular inbox, spam, junk, promotion, etc. The first email is from Envisage Global and titled, “Order #XXXX Confirmed” and the second email will be from the training partner hosting the course (i.e. Peregrine Global, VoicePlace, etc.). If either or both emails do not show up, use the contact us form or email Sales@envisageconnect.com

I want to change courses, do I get my money back?

Contact Envisage Global at Sales@envisageconnect.com. The Envisage Global team will review your purchase and determine if you are eligible for a refund or credit towards a different course. Please refer to our standard refund policy for further information.

What happens if my course link does not work?

Copy and paste the course link in different browsers (Chrome, MS Edge, Mozilla, etc.). If alternative browsers do not work, contact Envisage Global at Operations@envisageconnect.com or contact the course host found in your registration email.

What happens if I lose my course link and course link email?

Check your deleted, spam, and junk folders in your email account to see if the course link and instructions email was mis-placed. If unable to locate the email, contact Envisage Global at Operations@envisageconnect.com.

How long do Envisage Global courses run?

Course run times vary, whether it is hosted live, self-pace, or a hybrid of both. Run times can range from as little as a few hours or up to several weeks depending on individual time management practices and live session availability. Upon initial sign-up for the course, review the course run time and schedule sufficient time in your calendar to complete the course.

How do I get college credit for completed Envisage Global courses?

Envisage Global courses are eligible for transfer credit to several degree programs at our university partners. Courses may also be eligible for Prior Learning Assessment or transfer credits at other colleges or universities. Please contact an admissions or enrollment advisor at your chosen college or university to find out more.

What is Prior Learning Assessment (PLA)?

Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) is an evaluation process performed by colleges and universities to determine if credit recommendations can be provided for learning experiences that have taken place outside of a traditional college classroom. If credit hours are assessed and/or recommended by the evaluating institution, the student has the opportunity to apply those credit hour recommendations as elective credit or general education credit toward a degree program at that institution.
