Price & Terms of Payment

Prices payable for products or services are those in effect at the time the order is received (unless, superseded by prior written agreement). Prices will be indicated on the site and in an order confirmation email; however, the authoritative price in the event of any discrepancy, is the price that is notified to you with the receipt for purchase. Prices (unless stated otherwise) are in the currency quoted on the site. We have the right at any time prior to acceptance to withdraw any discount and/or to revise prices to take into account increases in costs including (without limitation) costs of any materials, labor or the increase or imposition of any tax. Payment shall be made prior to delivery and by such methods as are indicated on the site (and not by any other means unless we have given our prior agreement).

Return/Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds and/or returns are permitted.

Delivery Method & Timing

Services will be provided in digital format upon a successful order completion. Please allow five to ten minutes for emails with receipts, verification links, and/or access links to arrive in your inbox. Please also ensure that this email was not inadvertently delivered to your spam or junk mail folder. The email containing the link to the service and/or service information will be delivered from receipt@peregrineacademics.com (mailto:receipt@peregrineacademics.com). You acknowledge that Envisage Global does not provide hard or downloadable digital copies of the online instructional materials and content, other than what is presented through the online delivery platform.

Accessing Exam Results

Scores received on exams are provided to students based upon agreements in place with the client school. Specific questions and responses that are missed or correct are not provided to third parties in order to preserve the integrity of the online exam services.

Intellectual Property

This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, video, audio and graphics, and goods, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties, and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the U.S. and other countries. Envisage Global is also protected as a collective work or compilation under U.S. copyright and other laws and treaties. All individual articles, columns and other elements making up Envisage Global are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restriction contained in Envisage Global.

Restrictions on Use

You may not use Envisage Global for any illegal purpose, for the facilitation of the violation of any law or regulation, or in any manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service. Those who choose to use Envisage Global do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws. Termination

Envisage Global reserves the right to terminate your use of Envisage Global, or deny access to Envisage Global if, in Envisage Global’s sole discretion, you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms. Envisage Global shall not be liable to you or any third party for the termination or suspension of Envisage Global, or any claims related to the termination or suspension of Envisage Global.

Changes to Service

Envisage Global reserves the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of Envisage Global at any time in Envisage Global’s sole discretion, and shall not be liable for any resulting damage or inability to access Envisage Global.

Accommodations under the ADA

We accommodate learners with disabilities by adjusting the exam question completion time, the time period the learner has access to the exam, increasing number of breaks, and increasing the number of log-in attempts. For visually impaired learners, our system allows the learner the capability to use his/her text to speech converter software for our exams and tests.
