This is the first course of our Selling a Home Module. These are the first steps. In the course we will go over what a listing agent is. We will dive into an agent’s duties. We will break this into official duties and practical duties.
The last part of this intro course will review seller’s expectations. We will look at their marketing expectations, their transactional expectations, their expectations for the sale’s result and what they expect of you.
