Description

ARE YOU BUILT TO BE A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER?

Possibly it is because you grew up in around the Construction Industry.  Your father was an equipment operator, or your mom was a dispatcher for the local Concrete supplier.  Maybe you had started college and decided it wasn’t right for you or, maybe even, never attended in the first place, and you felt construction was the only option.  OR maybe, just maybe, you spent miles in the car seat looking out the window dreaming of how magnificent it would be to work in an industry responsible for building the roads, bridges and beautiful buildings that passed by your window.  Whatever has brought you to this season of your journey, you are about to understand how the field of Construction Management will be the most valuable experience of your life!

The student will become familiar with personal discovery and how their individual characteristics, personality, behavior shape how they interact with information and how that impacts their introduction into a career path.  This course focuses on the alignment of personal & professional balance and how skillset transition can literally prepare anyone to enter the Construction Industry as a potential career path and provides several different roles that align most closely with a student’s innate skills.

The course introduces the most common career roles in the Construction Industry and how different personalities on the Inner Construction Team resonate with the student to help chose a direction that is more closely aligned with their individual skillsets.
